Gerhard has been working internationally as a consultant and IT manager in various industries (mechanical/plant engineering, automotive, chemicals/pharmaceuticals, aerospace/defense, media, public service, logistics) since 1998. His particular strengths lie in IT strategy design and tracking, portfolio and project management (waterfall, scrum and hybrid) as well as business process design and process reengineering. His know-how is complemented by many years of expertise in SAP and cplace. He advises his clients as a management, process and technical consultant and sparring partner. He also takes on interim management positions in IT organizations.
